RED FEATHER LAND & MINERALS

How we charge

Paid for the work, not a slice of everything forever

The industry's habit is a percentage of your gross revenue — five or six percent, every month, whether or not anyone did anything that month. We price each job for what it is.

Recovery

[X]% of what is released

Suspense found at the operator and paid out to you. Nothing found, nothing owed. Where money has already gone to the Comptroller, Texas caps the fee at 10% and we say so up front.

Curative

Quoted per project

Heirship affidavits, deeds, division-order cleanup. Filing and recording fees passed through at cost. Attorney work billed by the attorney, to you, at a rate agreed first.

Lease & offer opinion

$[FLAT] per offer

The written opinion. If you ask us to negotiate, a share of the improvement over the original offer — nothing if we do not improve it.

Management

[X]% of revenue

Below the usual cut, with the monthly Chapter 91 check audit, the portal, and lease offers answered. Cancel any month.

The plat
Free, always, no account.
The royalty check
Free. The first look at your pay decks is how we decide whether there is a job here at all.
A first conversation
Free, by phone or text, and it ends with a written note of what we think and what it would cost.
Conflicts
We never buy from a client, never take an override on a client's lease, and tell you in writing when a fee is coming from anyone but you.

Bracketed figures are set when the practice opens; the structure will not change.
