RED FEATHER LAND & MINERALS

About

From the courthouse, not a call center

Red Feather is run by a working Permian landman in Midland. The job, most days, is reading deed records for operators — who owns what, who is paid, who is missing. This practice turns that work around and does it for the owners.

The tools on this site — the plat, the royalty check, the price model behind every lease opinion — were built for our own files first. They pull from the Railroad Commission's public records and the county clerks' deed indexes, the same sources the operators' landmen use.

[Two or three sentences about you: years in the field, counties worked, how you came to this. A photo goes here.]

The red feather marks your tract on every plat we draw. It is also the name of the firm.
